OUR OPERATIONS

The service to wells in stages of completion, stimulation, cleaning and repair implies that the flow of contaminant mixed fluids include crude oil, process water, solids, gas and chemical products. The solution that most of the oil producing companies uses is the incineration of the product that flows during the well service. The negative impact is mainly the atmosphere and sea contamination in cases of incomplete incineration, the commercial loss of a valuable product and the bad image among authorities and in general the society.

The solution to the problem “product incineration” implemented by Marecsa has been the incorporation of vessels with systems and equipment, or well testing service vessels, that will allow to process the fluids providing from wells, minimizing the environmental damage by means of re-injection to a receiving well of the contaminated effluents and the recovery of oil and gas for their re-injection to production lines. These vessels or well testing service vessels were conceptualized, built and now operated by a group of engineers and Mexican professionals.
